This form can be filled in electronically using Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0. To do so, select the hand tool and click in the light blue boxes to type your entry. When the form is completed, you can save it and email it back to registration@advancedatatools.com, or print it out and fax or mail it to us.

Please make checks payable to Advanced DataTools, and indicate the student's name and course title on the check. You should receive an email receipt of your registration form within two business days.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, you will receive an email confirming your registration, along with course information (start times, etc.), maps and directions to our Training Center, and hotels nearby. Dress for our courses is always casual! Lunch is not provided, but there are over 100 restaurants of every kind within walking or short-driving distance.

Registration Policies

Payment in full is required to confirm your seat. Please make checks payable to Advanced DataTools Corporation, or call 703-256-0267 x101 to pay using a Visa or MasterCard.

Refunds and Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if the customer cancels more than 14 days before the start of the class. A partial refund of 50% of the course fee will be provided if we receive your cancellation or reschedule request within the 14 days prior to the start of the course. The remainder of your course fee can be applied to a future class at Advanced DataTools, within 1 year of the original course date. A full refund is provided in the event of course cancellation by Advanced DataTools.
