Improve business systems for managers
Meet GPRA and CFO Act requirements for data reporting on actual performance vs. goals
Provide business information, including budgetary, financial, and program performance
Meet BLM managers= need for simpler, more flexible systems.
MIS replaces obsolete, non-integrated reporting and data systems.
